of Provident Amount :-There are few following ways for withdrawal of 

PF Amount :-

I am working in a establishment:-

Establishment means one on which the EPF and MP Act,1952 applies and the employee working should be eligible to be a member.z

I have left one establishment and have joined another :-

Form 13 for Transfer of Accounts

I have left one establishment where I was working and I was not taking any other job:-

My Age is below 50 Years.

My Age is over 50 Years and below 58 Years.

My Age is above 58 Years.

I had to leave the job due to physical disability :-

My Age is below 58 Years.

My Age is above 58 Years (Left due to disability after 58 Years Age.)

The member has died :-

Member died while in the service before 58 years Age.

Member died while in the service after 58 years Age.

Member died away from the service before 58 years Age.

Member died away from the service after 58 years Age.
